  28. Bascially, you need to toggle DTR. I saw this with a 33.6 external Sportster purchased 
  29. very late last November and reported it to USR (in detail) via their BBS.  After some 
  30. back and forth with the Tech support rep, it appeared to me that they simply stopped 
  31. replying to my email. After about 3 weeks of playing around, I returned it.  Neither my 
  32. old 14.4 Sportster nor my new Courier V.Everything have this problem.
